Craven & Company have been managing property in Sale and South Manchester since 1984. We can arrange on your behalf EPC’s, gas safety and electrical certificates, smoke alarm and carbon monoxide tests, Legionella assessments and protect the deposit within an approved deposit scheme.
Under Section 22 of the Immigration Act 2014, from the 1 February 2016, all landlords in England must conduct Right to Rent checks for all new tenancies to determine whether any occupiers aged 18 and over have the right to live in the UK legally. As part of the referencing process, a tenant’s Right to Rent in England will be verified.
