How it all started
Managing Director Dermot Craven started the business in 1984, buying his first property locally in Stretford. The vision was to launch an independently run agency based on trust, honesty and support. Today, Craven & Company are one of the longest-established family-run estate and lettings agents in the South Manchester area. We offer the complete service for vendors, purchasers, landlords and tenants. We are able to provide a range of tailored made marketing packages for both selling and renting. This gives our customers the flexibility to make there own choices and decisions, when it comes to selling or renting their home.
